The monitoring system maintains a live compliance state for every registered spacecraft and operator profile. It ingests orbital data from CelesTrak, tracks regulatory feed updates, and monitors subsystem telemetry through Sentinel agents. When any input changes — a new TLE, an updated regulation, a lapsed document — the system recalculates affected compliance scores and triggers alerts through configurable notification channels.

Processes TLE updates and propagates orbits using SGP4/SDP4 to detect altitude decay, conjunction risks, and deorbit timeline deviations that affect debris compliance.
