The evidence collection system provides structured workflows for uploading, categorizing, and linking documentary evidence to regulatory requirements. Each piece of evidence — documents, test reports, certifications, policies, procedures — is stored in an encrypted document vault with access logging, version tracking, and expiration monitoring. Evidence is linked to specific requirements through typed assertions that state what the evidence proves. The system tracks evidence coverage across all applicable requirements, surfacing gaps where obligations lack supporting documentation.
